Watch out Delia!!

In an effort to keep DD amused (as this is our 2nd week of school holidays!!), we decided to bake some Barbie Fairy Cakes.

A packet of mix, an egg a couple of spoons of water and I let her at it with a whisk.

Ten minutes in the oven (which was nearly too long) and they were done.

We let them cool and made up the icing - which although we added as per the instructions - came out a bit runny - so the little stars didn't stick very well.

But DD loved them and wanted us to give them to everybody we know!!
